We set no cookies on this site and run no third-party trackers or social widgets. We collect personal data only when you send us something through a form.

Who we are

This site is run by Raidoheim.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one), the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to do any work you ask us for. The form sends your message to us by email through a transactional email service (Resend). We do not add you to any mailing list.

Product waitlists

When you join a waitlist, we store your email address, the product, the time you signed up and the version of the consent text you saw. We store it in a Cloudflare D1 database. We use it only to tell you about that product, and we are notified of each signup by email.

Bot protection

Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a script, is sending them. Turnstile loads only when you start using a form. It processes technical signals from your browser for that check; Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that processing.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows from it. We keep waitlist entries until the product is released or the waitlist closes, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Deletion and your rights

Email contact@raidoheim.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will confirm when it is done.
